After spending 19 years in the travel industry, Charlotte made the move to the traffic industry in August 2021. Charlotte has extensive experience in customer relations, working within admin to ensure the client’s needs were always met. Since joining Red Wilson Associates, Charlotte has supported the delivery of the Transport for London Modernisation Programme and has gained a thorough understanding of the programming and design process of traffic signal sites.
