Compliance and Development Manager
Gary has over 20 years’ experience working in the Armed Forces, having undertaken several training and operations roles. Within these roles he has developed training plans to ensure staff feel confident and competent in their roles. Gary joined RWA in Autumn 2023 and is currently responsible for ensuring RWA is ISO 9001 compliant. He supports the team in enhancing our training programmes and ensures as a team we are equipped to support our junior members of staff.
