Red Wilson Associates manage programmes of varying scales and recognise the importance of excellent collaboration and communication to ensure we meet our clients’ objectives. We manage a project from various stages of its lifecycle from design through to construction and post review, ensuring the correct processes are followed to guarantee safe, cost-effective and sustainable delivery of the project or programme.
Project Management
RWA collaborate seamlessly with our clients to coordinate and successfully deliver highways projects and programmes. Each client’s requirements are unique, so our collaborative and dynamic project managers approach each programme differently. We make it a priority to ensure we account for all stakeholders’ requirements and guidance from the initial scoping meeting to avoid any delays.
This is inclusive of permitting, acquiring road space, ensuring a smooth design process and guaranteeing an efficient delivery of the project or programme. We are currently managing a programme of over one hundred traffic signal modernisations for 2021/2022.
